Bay Oaks is a wooded, 690-acre site, and is comprised of 1100 homes ranging in price from $300,000 to $1 million plus. Bay Oaks was begun in 1989 and will be completed in 2004. It is home to Bay Oaks Country Club and Golf Course. Many residents remember the 'Street of Dreams' luxury home showcases, which focused attention on the community and its custom home construction. If you have just come to call the neighborhood home, it is a way to learn more about the new community you have joined.
